The joint stock company ALIMA značková potravina, a.s. is a significant subject on the foodstuffs market in the Czech Republic and beyond.

The main focus of the company is the production and sale of foodstuffs products from the range of refrigerated and delicatessen goods, in particular: mayonnaises, sauces, mustards, gourmet salads and baguette spreads.

All of these products are marketed under the brand BONECO®, the tradition of which  reaches back to the begining of the 1990s. No brnad is more prestigious than Majolka®, which was a stample for our grandmothers. Traditional classic Majolka® mayonnaise  has been produced in unchanged quality since 1957.

ALIMA značková potravina, a.s.places primary emphasis on the quality of its products, not only in terms of their recipes but also in terms of the high standard of production, which in 2005 brought of product quality is also borne out by the fact taht the company was awarded the national KLASA mark for 7 Boneco® products.

At the begining of 2009 the company met the requirements for ecological farming in order to obtain the BIO cetrificate. These successes were crowed in mid 2009, when ALIMA značková potravina, a.s. obtained IFS certification IFS (International Food Standard) and it meets now all standards and requirements placed on supplier of foodstuffs for the largest European traders.
